Getting Your Dose of Vitamin G: How Gratitude Improves Well-being
Research tells us that practicing gratitude has multiple positive benefits for health and well-being. But what does it actually mean to practice gratitude? How can we develop the habit of doing it? In this program, participants will learn about strategies to cultivate gratitude in ways that feel accessible and nourishing. This program will be help virtually and registration is required.
